Amanda Martinez

Marketing Director & Sales Rep

New to A&A Accounting, Amanda runs our social media platforms, builds brand awareness and provides direction to our marketing. When she's not running things on her computer, she's meeting with clients to find out their wants and help create solutions.

Terry Uribe

Accountant & Payroll Specialist 

Terry has been a part of our family for thirteen years. She prepares, compiles and sorts documents for data entry and prepares daily, weekly, and biweekly payroll checks.

Irene Gutierrez

Payroll Specialist & Data Entry Clerk

Irene has been a part of A&A Accounting for three years. She prepares weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll checks as well as compiles, sorts, and enters client documents into Quickbooks. She also helps to train our new employees.

Alejandra Medina

Data Entry Clerk

Alejandra joined our team a little over year ago as a receptionist. She quickly moved up and now works behind the scenes compiling and sorting data, then entering it into Quickbooks. 

Sophia Macias

Front Desk Receptionist

Sophia recently joined A&A Accounting and is the first person to greet and assist our clients. She handles everything at the front desk and helps maintain effective communication throughout the office. 

Hrant Bedikian

Owner & CEO

Hrant's passion goes beyond the work and extends to building life long relationships with his clients. He has over twenty years of experience and received his BS and MBA in Accounting from Woodbury University. His days involve overseeing all operations, preparing corporate and personal tax returns, meeting with clients, reviewing financial statements, setting budgets, and managing employees.

Silvia Gutierrez

Tax Preparer & Notary Specialist

Silvia has worked in accounting for nine years and is an essential part of our team. She meets with our Spanish speaking clients to prepare taxes, review client documentation, prepare corporate returns for review, and to oversee staff entries.
